The training was organized by TKM Institute of Management to upskill the students’ aptitude skills as a part of Campus to Corporate (CaCo) Training Programme Phase-1. The training sessions were expertly conducted by Mr. Akhil and Mr. Vyshag, who are seasoned trainers at Pragmatix with extensive experience in aptitude training. The two day training program covered a wide range of topics, including numbers, divisibility rules, LCM and HCF, percentage, simple interest (SI) and compound interest (CI), profit and loss (P&L), and ratio and proportion.


Under the guidance of Mr. Akhil and Mr. Vyshag, participants actively engaged in practicing approximately 30 aptitude questions covering the topics discussed. These practice sessions served to consolidate learning, refine problem-solving skills, and instill confidence among the participants.The training program employed a dynamic blend of theoretical instruction, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice sessions to facilitate optimal learning outcomes. Mr. Akhil and Mr. Vyshag adeptly utilized a variety of teaching methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles and ensure participant engagement throughout the program.


Feedback from participants underscored the effectiveness of the program in enhancing their aptitude skills and confidence levels. Many participants expressed appreciation for the interactive nature of the sessions, the clarity of explanations provided by the trainers, and indicated high level of satisfaction with the program content, and overall learning experience.


The aptitude training program organized in collaboration with Pragmatix proved to be highly beneficial and acted as a comprehensive platform for enhancing participants’ numerical reasoning skills. The program’s coverage of diverse topics, coupled with interactive practice sessions, facilitated meaningful learning and skill development among participants.
