Anil Kumar R has more than 19 years of experience in Industry and Academia, of which his Industry experience spans 13 years across Print Media, Financial Services and Tele-Communication Industry.

His area of expertise includes Sales & Distribution, Direct Sales & Retailing; which he cherished right from the start of his career at Malayala Manorama, progressed across his career growth in ICICI group, Kotak Group and Reliance ADA group. He has earned numerous leadership awards from each industry that he was associated with. He has attended various corporate training programs including those of Thomson foundation.

He has undertaken various Consultancy, Research and Training projects for Government as well as Non Government organizations like Directorate of Coir Development, Government of Kerala, The Mathrubhumi Printing & Publishing Co Ltd, Kalliyath group, IREL, ESIC Hospitals,TecQ, Vas De Lifestyle etc to name a few. He has undertaken numerous training sessions with respect to Sales & Distribution, Sales Management, Retailing, Customer Relationship Management, Innovation & Change Management etc in various business houses and Government departments. He has also been invited as a resource person to various Management Development Programs.

He is a core member of Corporate Relations Cell at TKM Institute of Management and handles courses in Marketing, Operations as well as Information Systems.
