Ethics Circle

TIM’s Ethics Club, “Ethos”, organized an exciting and thought-provoking event “Ethics Circle“ on November 22, 2024(Friday) for the TIM batch 30, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM in the Seminar Hall.
The Ethics Circle is an engaging and interactive game designed to promote introspection on important personal ethics in a fun and collaborative setting.
On the day of the event, the faculty coordinator provided clear guidelines for the activity. Each student was asked to write their name on a piece of paper, and the papers were placed in a lot. Students then took turns drawing a name and were instructed to speak about the personal ethics of the individual whose name they picked. They shared personal experiences or instances that highlighted the positive qualities of the person. As each student took their turn, the circle of sharing was completed in a meaningful and engaging way. The activity turned out to be a life-changing experience for many, as several students were unaware of their own positive traits. Hearing about their virtues from others helped them realize their own worth. Overall, it was an introspective and enjoyable exercise in exploring personal ethics in a collaborative setting.
