A Guest talk by Mr. Chandrasegaran Uthamaseelan , Group CEO, Ranchan group, Malaysia

Entrepreneurship development cell, TIM along with TACT organized a guest talk on 14-09-2013. The chief guest of the day was Mr.Chandrasegaran Uthamaseelan , Group CEO, Ranchan group, Malaysia. Ranchan group has global presence across 8 countries, and is planning to be one of the listed companies in Malaysia by the end of 2014. Mr. Chandrasegaran was at the campus as part of the onam day celebrations, and inaugurated the onam day celebrations by lighting the lamp. Dr.Viswanathan, Director , TIM welcomed the chief guest. Mr. Chandrasegaran gave an inspiring speech to the TIM participants by quoting his own life as an example. He gave a brief idea to the students about his entrepreneurial life , his humble beginning, and the current status of his company. He also touched upon the need for spirituality, balancing between work and personal life and moral values. The guest was presented with a memento by Prof.P.Nizzar, Dean, TIM. Mr.Chandrasegaran also participated in the onam feast arranged by TIM participants.
