Overview
TACT, the Student Apex body at TKM Institute of Management, is responsible for overseeing both curricular and co-curricular activities. It serves as a forum for student engagement and organizes various events throughout the academic year. Some of the events organized by TACT include: Passing out ceremony: A formal event to celebrate the graduation of students completing their studies at the institute.
TIM Fest (Intra-College Management Fest): An annual festival organized within the college premises, featuring a range of management-related competitions, workshops, and cultural activities. Inter-College Management Fest: A larger-scale event where students from different colleges participate in management competitions and showcase their talents.
Sports and Arts Events: TACT arranges sporting tournaments and artistic exhibitions to promote physical fitness and creative expression among students. Onam and Christmas Day Events: Celebrations marking the traditional festivals of Onam and Christmas, respectively, with cultural performances, feasts, and other festivities.
Cultural Fest: An extravaganza showcasing the diverse cultural heritage of the students through music, dance, drama, and art.
Iftar Celebrations: Observing the Islamic tradition of breaking the fast-during Ramadan, TACT organizes Iftar gatherings to foster inclusivity and cultural understanding within the student community. Through these events, TACT aims to provide students with opportunities for personal and professional development, foster a sense of community, and promote holistic growth beyond the classroom.
