Currently dedicated to advancing knowledge in Behavioral Finance, she is immersed in her Ph.D. pursuit at SCSVMV University, Kanchipuram, Chennai.

Prof. Nisha possesses a versatile skill set encompassing communication, leadership, analytical acumen, and adept relationship management, synergizing seamlessly with her vast expertise. A staunch advocate for continuous learning, she has showcased her scholarly contributions through publications in peer-reviewed and UGC CARE-listed journals.

In her current role at TKM Institute of Management, she plays an active part in various capacities. As a member of the Corporate Relations Cell, she contributes meaningfully to the institution\\\'s industry connections. Additionally, she spearheads the Finance Club, Journal Club, and Newsletter Club as the Coordinator, adding vibrancy to the academic environment.

Earlier in her illustrious career, Prof. Nisha led consulting endeavors as the Lead Consultant at i-miRa Knowledge Solutions in Trivandrum. There, she specialized in market research, consulting, and content planning for distinguished platforms, showcasing her adeptness in strategic roles beyond academia.
