3rd Annual Research Conference on “Innovative Practices in Science, Technology, Education & Management” was conducted on 16th & 17th Feb 2018.


The Third TIM – RESEARCH CONFERENCE-2018: INSIGHT TO INNOVATION IN STEM (SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY, ENGINEERING, and MANAGEMENT) was held on 16th and 17th February 2018 at the Research Conference Hall  , TKM Institute of Management. The conference was supported by sponsors and contributors. The event was jointly organized with the Kerala State Council for Science Technology and Enviornment, Government of Kerala.

The session was inaugurated on 16th February at 10.a.m by Dr.K.S.Chandrasekar, Director , IMK, University of Kerala & Dean  – Management Studies. The function was presided over by Dr A Viswanathan, Director, TKM Institute of Management. Dr Vinith Kumar Nair,  Professor and Associate Dean (External Affairs) addressed the gathering. Ms.Swathy Saji welcomed the gathering and Ms.Sruthy.S delivered the vote of thanks.

Followed by the inauguration, TECHNICAL SESSION on 16 – 02- 2018 (Friday) commenced at  11.00 am. The session was chaired by Dr Nisa S. Assistant Professor, TKM Institute of Management. The following papers were presented during the technical session 1.

The session on the second day (17th February 2018) started with a panel discussion related to the theme of the research conference. Dr. A Viswanathan, Director, TKM Institute of Management extended the welcome note. The session was inaugurated by Mr Baily Fernandez,Director and Co-founder at Masters of Business Facilitation, Business Consultant at AAMC Training Group, Australia. Dr Vinith Kumar Nair, Professor and Associate Dean (External Affairs) was the moderator.
